I received an unsolicited shipment of 1 coffee mug with 1 bag of coffee from this company.After consulting with my husband to make sure that he did not order it either,we have tried to contact Seattle Direct Coffee on numerous times
After 25 calls placed, we received only 1 answer by a customer support rep who immediately placed us on hold. Then they disconnected the call after 5 minutes on hold.We have called back and received a message" that all cicuits are busy now". We have tried to call from different phones with different service providers to circumvent this, but still get the same message.
I would like this scam to stop but it's hard when you can't contact the "supplier". I will alert my credit card company and let them know that this is an unauthorized charge.

I understand if you receive anything in the mail that you did not order, it is considered to be free......therefore you can use it or throw it away!
Your credit card company will contact them, then they'll have to prove that you ordered the coffee----do they have your signature on an order??
Easy one to resolve----good luck!

I received another unsolicited shipment from this company and have since taken steps to prevent further charges.They billed my credit card $79 each time for 1 (12oz.)pack of coffee and a mug. My VISA account holder has agreed to remove the charges, but it was necessary to cancel the card and re-issue a new one. This company operates under many names, so please beware of any of the following:
Seatlle Coffee Direct
Cafe Saporito
Rich Cafe Direct
Coffee Outlet Store
It is not required for anyone to be home, as the UPS instructions for the driver are to leave if no one answers the door.Please take heed of all of these names as they are all a scam!
