hi all cal spa customer. we too have been ripped off by cal spa. i will not bore you with the details of what happened. however, i will tell you that cal spa refuses to connect you to the office of the president his voice mail or give you his name so here it is. his name is casey loyd and the number is 1800-225-7727 extension 500..... i spent 45 minutes yesterday trying to get hs name from customer service. i was told that i had to write my complaint to him in a letter and that his name was simply ceo. luck had it where a moron that answered the phone gave me his name and gave me his secretary's number. from that i got on the phone after hours and started dialing in extentions that were close to hers. 5 minutes later i had the extention number. good luck! you will need it!

cover was not made for outside use! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY!

The tub was purchased with the cover that came with it. We have a letter from cal cover stating that the cover is not made for outside use. This is the cover that came with it. The one you provide with the tub. These covers are made for indoor use only. We had been complaining to your company about it for over 4 years. it had an extended warranty of 5 years and neither your company or the Watson's of Indianapolis would take care of the problem. statistics prove that 90% OF HOT TUBS ARE OUTSIDE. WE COMPLAINED TO EVERYONE...YOU SENT US TO THEM AND THEY SENT US TO YOU ETC.... IT'S AMAZING HOW FAST YOU HAD A REBUTLE TO THIS BUT YOU KEPT PUTTING US OFF FOR OVER 4 YEARS. IF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HALF THAT GOOD YOU WOULDN'T BE LISTED ON THIS SITE. YOU SURE ARE DEFENSIVE NOW. NOW WHAT'S YOUR ANSWER? BOTTOM LINE, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY!

This complaint reported below has to do with a cover and not a Cal Spa. The covers are not manufactured by us and the cover in question was five years out of warranty.

Our CEO, Casey Loyd, is proud to stand behind our products and our dealer network.Any letters that may be sent to him are promptly and professionally addressed . As a valued team member of the Cal Spas Customer Care department, we know our CEO is there is assist us with any issues that are beyond our control. Customer Care works diligently with the CEO and all management to provide Customer Satisfaction. Our Customer Care department can be reached at 800-225-7727 and press option # 1 for a Customer Care representative.

Please provide us in detail how we may assist you and what resolution you would like to see. Your suggestions and comments are always welcome and greatly appreciated.
