Cal Spas Marc McAllister And Jim Smith (owner) continues to RIPOFF Jim Smith and office girl Jennifer continue to promote this rude and dishonest FRAUD Westminster California

As is with the report by Mr. Thomas. submitted 2/5/04. We purchased our spa and BBQ January 11, 04. We were told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive our spa. We asked if it could be delivered before Feb. 15. for a birthday party. Jim Smith told us he would ask Marc McAllister and if there were any problems with the delivery by that date He would notify us.
By Feb. 19 we had not received word on the spa, from Jim or Marc. I called and left a message to return my call, but no responce. Feb. 21 I went by the dealer and Jim couldn't even remember who we were. We had to prod him with our contract, then he seemed to remember. I asked him when we would receive our spa, He claimed he would have to speak to Marc, and called him right then. Jim told us it would be delivered March 1, no problem.
I took off work March 1 for the delivery, but they never showed. At 3:00 pm I called Cal Spas Westminster but got no answer, I left a message but got no responce. I called from a cell phone and Jim answered, He claimed that due to the heavy rains and damage to the Cal Spas factory there was a delay, but the spa was competed and would be delivered March 16.
I took off work March 16 for the delivery, but they did not show. March 17, I called Cal Spas Manufacture in Pomona to check status of our order, (Jackie)the representative at Cal Spas Pomona, told me there was no order by that name, when I told her that I understood the delay because of the rain damage at the factory. She claimed they have never had rain damage, and never have been late on a delivery to a store, and have never heard of a Westminster Cal Spas. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Jackie refered me to a Mr. Bobby Ortiz who said Marc McAllister is a friend of his and he would call him immediatly, and would call me right back. I never received a call back from Mr. Ortiz but four hours later I received a call from Jennifer at Cal Spas Westminster who said she had just started there and was fixing all the paper work and trying to get all the scheduling back on track, that Marc had called her and the spa would be delivered March 30. I told her I needed to speak to Marc, but received no return call.
After a no show March 30, I called Jennifer and when she answered, she said no, the delivery date was April 6. April 5, I returned to the store in Westminster where she again changed the date to MAYBE April 9 or 12.
I looked up Rip-Off report on the web and could'nt beleive it when I read the submitted report by Mr. Thomas. This sounds like our situation duplicated.
Cal Spas Westminster has ripped off to many people. We all need HELP!
