California Sound RIP OFF AND THEY TAMPER WITH VEHICLES Victorville, California

On February 20th, my boyfriend took my 1999 Volkswagon Passat to California Sound on Bear Valley Rd, In hesperia Ca to have a car alarm installed, we paid $120 for the alarm, We stated to them before they even installed the alarm, that the car had the factory alarm, they stated that was better because of the wires and that was fine, there shouldn't be any problems with that, after being there for about one hour and a half, the technician told my boyfriend that they didn't have the Module that controls the power locks with the Alarm, and that he will have it in tomorrow February 21st, and to take it in on February 22nd at 9 am....

my boyfriend stated to them, I can't just bring it whenever you want, I work and my work schedule doesn't allow me to take off when I would like, and my girlfriend will be needing the car as well.  My boyfriend called California Sound on Thursday the 21st of February and told him he will be taking the car during his lunch break, and they stated to him it would only take 45 mins to install the module and it shouldn't take longer than that, my boyfriend took it, arrived at 12:15pm, he didn't get out of there until 1:30pm,

my boyfriend arrived back to his job in Hesperia Ca, and he armed the car with the alarm, well as soon as he armed the vehicle the alarm went off, so everytime you arm the vehicle with the alarm, the alarm goes off...we called California Sound back that day, and told them what was going on and they stated to take it back so they can look at it and it was a quick fix, just take it in whenever we have time...The car sometimes wouldn't unlock the doors with keys....we took our car back to California Sound on February 25th, we dropped it off around 430 and picked it up at 6:20pm,

well we called California Sound at 5:30pm to check the status of our car, and the guy stated that they couldn't do anything about it, because the factory alarm was causing the problem and they couldn't fix it, and I told them that I had another Alarm place check out the car and said they could fix it and it would cost me $45, and I told the man at California Sound, how is it that another place can fix your mistake, but you are not able to fix it?  His response was: Good luck with that, good luck, lets see if that really happens...So we picked up our car at 6:20, and from Bear Valley road to Luna Road, the car over heated,

The Radiator hose had been taken off intentionally, I know these are some intense and serious accusations, but I know that the staff of California Sound tampered with my vehicle, because earlier that morning around 10:30am, I had took my vehicle down the hill to my parents mechanic in Rancho Cucamonga CA to inspect my vehicle since I just bought it on the 18th of February, I wanted to make sure the vehicle was in good standing, and my mechanic said the car was in perfect state, all the plugs, hoses, wires and everything had water he stated the car had just recently had a oil change, and the hoses were barely changed,...how can my vehicle go from being in perfect state to over heating just like that right after I left it at California Sound for 2 hours....My boyfriend called them, and they stated they never went under the hood, but if thats the case, then obviously they never inspected my alarm thats obviously under the hood.
