Call One Premier Movie Pass Buyers Union Took money out of my account without permission! Orange California

My account was charged two different charges one for $3.95 for Premier Movie Pass, and another for $119.90 from buyers union.
I did authorize the one charge of $3.95 to Premier Movie Pass, but did NOT authorize the charge of $119.90.
It is now April 2005, I have still not recieved the money. I have sent them the paper they told me to, in the amount of time they gave me. I have called them every week, for the past four months. The only thing I have heard, is that they have contacted coorporate office, and that it will be 10-14 business days. They told me they "guarantee" to get it to me within that time period. But I have heard that on 5 different occasions.
I have now contacted my bank and asked them to investigate it, because I have done all that I can do.
