This company is literally robbing people by continuous denial of cancellation claims ! They guarantee you can cancel but every time I tried they kept telling me I was with another service or that my cancellation time had expired and so on. All LIES !!!! How can they get away with this I contacted my bank and alerted them that I had attempted to cancell and not to honor the payment request for the monthly service fees,
I have attempted several calls and all the associates say the same thing that I am no longer eligable for a refund and that that was a different program that I should have made more than one call which I DID !!!!! Fortunately they sent me a cancellation form and I returned it but they are denying that also !!!!
This company needs to be stopped and fined severely !
