I have dealt with this company as well. They posted a collection on my account in 4/04. After three months of me calling, someone finally tried to contact me. At that time, my daughter was 5mths pregnant and bedridden due to complications. The person who called suggested my daughter "get off her a*s and get a job" so I could pay the debt. I faxed and sent them a letter stating that all further correspondence should be directed to my attorney. They stopped calling until they decided to give the debt to someone else. I began recording all conversations with these people. As soon as you inform them that you are recording the conversation they get very irrate and hang up. They have since stopped calling. It doesn't stop them from pulling my credit report every month, but they did stop calling.
