Calvert Apartment ripoff This Manager considers complaints about elevators racist Alexandria Virginia

I read the rebuttals to the complaints about the Calvert Apartments. The experiences being reported might not be
on the par of great literary or journalistic exposes.
The people complain because even the most courteous complaints are met by managers who accuse the residents of racism. The elevator being out did not include a negative racial reaction toward the management.

Drugs used by Afro Americans are not racially motivated complaints. Those observed using drugs were Afro people. People work hard, educate themselves and make choices that enable them to live in areas where their incomes place them among people sharing the same values.
The drug users also receive rental assistance. They happen to be Afro. The managers refuse to take any action, even after numerous complaints, faling back instead on the old trick of pointing the finger at the accuser instead of reporting the apartment troubles to the police. This is not a work force environment where diversity and tolerance are tolerated and counseling for employees with seniority is part of the expectation.

People want their homes to be safe, reasonably quiet and do not enjoy being stuck in elevators with crack heads.
No one who offered rebuttal to the complaint addressed the illegal occupants of units which are inhabited by sub lessors who pay the lease holder, not the manager. The sub leasing additional occupants never had to qualify for the income required of other tenants. THis is not about an old woman who is on dialysis and is sharing an apartment with a daughter or brother, this is about an element of drug users tolerated by the managers who do not repair the security equipment which is visible in the building, and that which the tenant had a reasonable expectation of maintenance. I do wish people who criticize the typing skills of others would read a little more carefully.
