Calverts Express Independence location and John supposid corporate mgr disrespectful, lying, cheating, careless, thieving independence Missouri

 I enter calverts express auto service at 12 noon for a simple oil change. Walked out and had to come back with two broken pieces on my car. One being the hood pop handle and the other being not so much anyones fault but with better handling and caRe could have probably been avoided. The oil drain piece. Now my oil leaks. Never even dripped before. I was adviced of a piece that I needed to replace it. How does a simple oil change turn into two broken pieces. I'm worse off than what I started. The guys advised that he found a piece to make a temporary repair to my oil plug which I agreed to but I kept asking about the broken handle. The guys just didnnt seem to really care about my handle which was the main reason I came back to the store in the first place. The man kept saying understand that this piece is a temporary fix. Literally over 20. In my mind I'm thinking I'm not a kid. I heard you the first time. I said ok. I will get a new oil pan to fix plug problem. We never spoke about pricing. Only to find that he wanted to charge me for a poece I did not agree too. I agreed that I understand the piece he was putting on was temporary but now I see he only wanted to keep my mind and attention off of the fact that they broke my hood popper, which still is not fixed. Then he says to me "well I'm helping you and I can't give it all to you" I'm like how are you helpng me when you broke the piece n the first place. Your doing what your suppose to do. I didn't ask for no plug. I asked for you to fix my hood popper. The rest of it u kept talking to me about how you were going to fix my problem. I had been there six hours. I had already called around. Located a oil pan for $45 that I can have put on the next day. Why n the heck would I pay $25 for a temporary fix for one day. We never talked or discussed pricing. Had we I would have declined. He was so focused on telling me to sign a paper saying that I was aware of the temporary fix. So he wants to charge me for something I didn't ask for. He told me he would fiix my newly oil leak temporarily. So I leave and call corporate to express what had just taken place. John called me back. As I started to tell my story I was rudly interrupted by John trying to correct me of the conversation his employee and I had just had as if he were there and heard it with his own two ears. Then proceeds to call me a liar and ask me how does he know I did not break the part myself. My response was why would I leave, drive way across town only to come back and sit in your raggedy store for six hours over a lie. Really? I would not have even called back to the store if I were lying let alone drive from independence missouri to liberty and back to independence. really? I'm gone do all that over a broken hood popper. That's just dumb. You can get your team to lie and try to cover your butts all you want to but don't make me out to be a liar. That's just disrespectful. I came in for a oil change and walked out with a broken hood popper and leaking oil. Ok. That's the last time I go there. 6 hours in that raggedy place. Don't llie on me. You have to answer to God. .god knows. 6 hours on a Friday. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment. Never in my life had this been done to me. Pissed does not even describe my feelings. I work hard for mine. I don't appreciate when others just break and disrespect my things. Had the mechanic just admit he broke it and it could not be fixed or told me anything but a lie I could have accepted that. But no the are pointing the blame at me and even the corporaTe calling me just to call me a liar. He should not have even called me. If I can't express my concerns to corporate in hopes that they make it right who do I go to? I don't know but I know one thing. ITS IN THE HANDS OF THE LORD. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
