Located near premium outlets to make you think they are one.
The staff cleverly persuade you to buy the item you are interested in or an accessory by luring you with sales talk e.g. it is on sale at half price and how good a buy it is. Eventually you succumb and buy the item only to find out you paid way too much. I purchased a Sima DX Lens Cleaning Pen for $69 which is online for between $6.95 and $12.95.
You are only ever made aware of the store policy after your purchase. It can be found on the bottom of the credit card receipt. It reads *All sales are final*, *No refunds or exchanges*
Do not bother even asking for a refund or exchange...you wont get one. This store only wants your money and as much as it can.
My advice: Do not go to this store. Always ask the store for its policy on refunds or exchanges. Do your research first.
Very sad end to a lovely holiday in Florida.
