Dealing with customer service: 1 star
Member for 8 months and thoroughly enjoyed the work outs at camp gladiator. Loved the diversity and multitude of locations. HOWEVER..
Do NOT sign up for the 6 month deal. It is a trap. They will lock you in for 6 months and make it next to impossible to cancel and charge you repeatedly. Talked to customer service on many occasions and every single time their staff make it painstakingly tedious to try and cancel your account.. Still have not been able to do so! You may think you will be financially motivated to workout, but in the end you will be left with a fitter body and empty bank account.
My recommendation is to try a free week during the "buddy week" they advertise on their website. If you enjoy it, pay more per month because you will end up saving more money than the 6 month scam deal.
