I am beginning a journey today that I do not have time for so I am posting this to see if anyone can help me save time and money. I called Canada Bank Card Systems yesterday to find out how long my contract is for and was told it is April 30 of 2012. I asked about returning the hardware and when I called Lease Finance Group I was told I still had 28 months on my lease for the machine!! I am planning on canceling my contract with them figuring I would be farther ahead to make my monthly payments and use a mainstream credit/debit company. Now I am frightened at what they might decide to take out of my account! I thought I was dreaming as I witnessed how much has been clawed out of my account each month along with random payments under different alias names the percentage seems to be climbing upwards dramatically on my transactions. Now I have to take time to figure out exactly what that percentage is they have stolen from me. With different names on the transactions it is hard to determine what the payments are for exactly. They also started charging a 35.00 per month admin fee if you do not allow your payments to be taken off your credit card! We received yet another letter telling us fees are increasing. My days are filled up with valuable customers and I really do not have time for this...however I am determined to get to the bottom of it all.
I have a sinking feeling this will be a long hard road ahead.
