IT'S A SCAM!
You get in touch with a sales representative, they tell you the dates you want are good for travel, then after they charge you, they tell you that those dates are not good for travel, then they proceed to charge your card extra taxes and fees (even though they said that there weren't any more fees after they gave me the first total amount)
