Fraud scam alert. They promise you $99 for 5 days cancun. Then charge you extra $75 just for reservation. Then they say all inclusive, until you find out it is $700.00 extra. Then they say taxes are 8 or 9 dllars but in letter say $21.00 dollars a day. Then they say give me $320 for you children to stay in the same room.!!! Then after 30 minute hold they say they you cannot get refund on $297. But I say this is fraud you added many fees after the agreement. TIME SHARE FRAUD. TIME SHARES are ripoff - fees alone are more than normal hotel rates! NEVER buy timeshares

Dear Sir,
I have just received your report. I do apologize if you feel there has been any misinformation on our part.

Once you agree to purchase your package we have a recorded voice receipt for you where our third party verifier repeats information of what is included. During this process we do remind you of Hotel Taxes, Reservation Fees, and All Inclusive Upgrade Option. We also have a quality department that listens to every recording to make sure nothing has been left out. Once you call to make your reservation, if something is not the same as you thought. We listen to recording and if anything is wrong on our part we do our best to honour it, or we suggest a full refund.

Regarding the hold times, we are a very competitive customer services department we have a 98% service level, which we are very proud of. We monitor hold times, and one call resolution. So if you feel you where placed on hold for a long time, I do apologize.
