i get this phone call saying i have won a all inclusive package to costa rica (they catch you by saying all these big name brand sears bay etc) 5 days 4 nights and a cancun trip which is not all inclusive but its free accomodation and 40% off excursions for only $598.00. now im not interested in cancun from the get go but still costa rica all inclusive for 2 598.00 what a deal i repeatedly asked if their was a catch even spoke with a supervisor confirming they had opened 2 resorts and were doing the advertising word of mouth and only 100 people were picked (which is a complete lie) so i go ahead with it and call reservations to book she informs me that i have to travel to cancun to receive the costa rica package i call this establishment back and am connected to jody, i let her know thinking ill just get my money refunded because this is not what i sighned up for she says that she'll get back to me,she will have to talk to her supervisor.she does not call me i call her and she says she cant do anything and giving me these stupid excuses that i should have known since the establishment is called cancun travel unlimited very rude basically telling me theres no way in hell they will return my money they dont do that.when asked to talk to the supervisor she claimed she was not in and her answer would be a dead no.if this is a scam i dont know what is when there taking your money their all about customer service maam this maam that and then when you call back they dont care i have never been met with this kind of service and will keep writing about this establishment and anything else i can do to make sure this does not happen again
