I feel like I am being strung along and at this point really just want my money back. I've been corresponding with Donna Byrnes, sent her photos of my issues, and it's been since July 16th that I last spoke to her. I can see that many other people are having issues with CP as well. At this point, I would rather just have my money back. When will Canvas People step up and make this right!
I've since found another online company that has by far better print quality, mounting wire applied to the back in a very professional way, and uses 1.5" stretcher bars for the same price as CP's skimpy 5/8" stretcher bars. I'll be using them from now on.

POSTED: Tuesday, August 09, 2011I am sorry you have had a problem with CanvasPeople, but I am confident someone will help you out. I have had a great experience with them, and also had to reach their service dept. and they were really helpful. I received a great canvas and I would use them again.
