About two years ago I enrolled in a credit program offered to me by Capital Choice Consumer Credit. The program offered me a Visa credit card, but the only way I could get it was if I make a $200 deposit and purchase merchandise from one of Capital Choice's warehouse catalogs fo the aproximate value of $100.
I completed my part of the offer by submiting the deposit and ordering the required amount of murchendise.
A couple of weeks passed and I did not hear a word from Capital Choice, the merchendise did not arrive when they were supposed to so I called to check up on my order. Capital Coice responded by saying that the warehouse did not carry the merchandise at that time and they had to contact their other warehouse and then get the merchandise sent to me. That process was supposed to take only three weeks, which seem a little too long.
The three weeks were up but the merchendise were still missing. I thought I'd give them another week just in case they were behind schedule. After the week passed I called again, but all I can get ahold of was a message system that told me absolutly nothing. Ever sence the time Capital Choise Consumer Credit delayed my order I had a feeling that this was some kind of fraud. I kept calling Capital Choice Consumer Credit every day for the next six months, and still I couldn't get ahold of a real person whom I can talk to or get some answers.
I got really frustrated but I didn't stop calling. I found a few more phone numbers on the pamphlets that I received from Capital Choice Consumer Credit. I tried them and suprisingly enough none of them worked. The whole proces took a me little more than two years still I have not receive any merchandise, and I am still trying to get my money back, which now to me seems imposible. I hope someone makes those bastard pay for stealing my money and the money of all the other people that I don't know about.
