Capital Distribution Group Sent me sole reciptient of 9000. Plausible, I go in for many draws.Excited daughter.Planned holiday. now upset Toronto Ontario

We received a letter by post saying we were the SOLE reciptients of 9000. in a prize draw. I have a degree, and even with my eduction I could not find a loop hole where it actually said it was an entrance into a draw. It definitely reiterated that I had won 9000 and that this was genuine. I re read the letter and my daughter and I got very excited and were in our minds planning our holiday. My daughter has been and is still very very ill and this was just what we had been asking for. However on inspecting the envelope I found the claim form was inducing me to pay 19.95 for processing and sending cheque by courier. IT also I said as a gift they would also send me a real diamond and emerald layered in 14 Karat gold.

I smelt a rat of course and looked on the web for evidence of scams and am sad to find out that this is one of the many scams we seem to receive nowadays. I would love to pounce on the temporary office of the scammers. They obviously rent an office for a couple of weeks and move on. Surely the police in Toronto could go and arrest them. I dont know how they get away with it.
