The letter arrives on the 22nd December, when Xmas Shopping has left me almost totally broke, and all they want is 19.95 on a cheque or credit card payment form as a Processing and Delivery Fee.
I immediately type the name of the firm into a search and come up with several scam reports. How can these people be allowed to get away with blatantly lying , in print, and building up people's hopes of being able to pay off debts, etc. while conning and scamming people into paying them for the privilege?
