On November 28, 2007, I filled out the online application form from Capital Finance Services and was approved by the afternoon. But before I could receive the funds, I had to secure it with $500.00 which is 10% of the $5000.00 loan which I had to send via western union to make the process go faster but since then, I have been calling them and emailing them but no replies up to date.
