Two withdrawls were made electronicallyfor190$.A few days later I received a packet that looked really good.I kept waiting for a card to arrive so I could use it.It never came.I put off researching it because of the packet I was not worried about it and I was going to use the account at a later time.
I waited till I was discharged form a bankruptcy.I know wanted tyo start useing my account and started to try to get in touch with them.I tried thier toll number and it was always busy.I thought ok there must be something wrong with there line.this went on for days.I then decided to contact them online.I did a search for capital first and that is when I discovered I have been ripped off!!!
I know am out 190.00 and have no card to use for my Internet Business!!! Boy do I feel like a fool!!! I AM PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!
