I already posted my story about Capital First and it's the same as all the others. If there are hundreds or possibly even thousands of people who have been cheated by Capital First, it should be brought to the attention of the media, the State Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the National Fraud Information Center, the FBI, the BBB...you get the picture. The AG's office here said that due to budget constraints, it can only prosecute cases which involve the greatest harm to the public. I think Capital First has robbed enough banks to qualify.

I've called them numerous times (after all, they get to pay the phone bill for that 800 number), and they seem to think it's amusing that they can commit bank robbery electronically and get away with it. What if everyone called the same TV station on the same day? 600 complaints about one company in one day would get a lot more attention than 600 individual complaints to different agencies on different days. Capital First is anti-American; robbing banks electronically across state lines should be treated seriously. These fools need to be shut down before they rob more honest, hard-working middle class (or poverty stricken) Americans.
