First contacted by mail. Guaranteed mastercard for $49.oo Check sent. Card to be received within ten days. Given bogus confirmation number. August they debited $59.95 and $99.95 from my bank account. Total of 11 phone called made to company. Final contact in form of letter to headquarters in Miami on 4 Dec 2002. No further contact had been made.

Attempts thru phone nuymber given always met by busy signal. People spoken to thru phone calls always giving fake names. Always told "package in the mail". LAst contact via phone, "Scott" who wou;ld be "personally looking into the matter and would contact me in 3-4 days." It is now Feb 2003 and there has never been anything from them.
