I wascalled in june 2002 about a credit card an service package. a one time fee of $59.95 an $99.95 when i got my package they had already debit my account. Icalled and canceled was told my refund would be in 10 to 14 bus. days.I called every month and was told every time that they received the package back an my refund would be put back in my account. It was never put back. now when i call the line stay busy. ripoff.
