Well, I can't cancel something I didn't even know about, or have a number to call to cancel. They now won't let me cancel the service after they have already taken money from me. I have no "card" or "intro package" like they said I got.
How can this even be legal! I never gave the okay for Mega Savers to take any money from me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida, I now have to close my bank account and open a new one, switch all of my bank stuff over to the new account and then call every one who uses that bank account to switch to the new one.
And on top of it all, I still am out the money they basically stole from me because they insist they are not going to give me my money back.
This company in my opinion is a fraud and is deceitful in their practices and hopefully will be shut down before they can take anymore money from other unsuspecting persons.
