Capital RV Sales, Inc., Palm Harbor, FL Overcharged for ad by $300 from what was quoted. Unauthorized additional charge of $399 for renewal of useless ad. Palm Harbor, Florida

I read the several ripoff reports on Capital RV Sales, Inc., of 1025 Illinois Avenue, Palm Harbor, FL as we were ripped off by them as well.  As one person said the person who contacted them about an ad was very aggressive.  Then the price he quoted was $300 less than what we were actually charged.  There was much email/telephone contact regarding the cost difference and getting the ad in the form we wanted.  Once we got the ad right, finally, we agreed to let it run.  We were charged $499 and never got a contract.  After a year with no sales or even contact from Capital RV Sales, we received a MasterCard bill where they had charged another  $399 to our account for a "renewal."  The original aggressive salesman had told my husband that the ad would run until the unit was sold....no mention of any additional charges.  My husband immediately began calling Allan Barish, President of Capital RV Sales and after exchange of emails and calls, he agreed to refund the $399 and we should receive credit in a "few days."  That was 3 months ago...no refund...now they are not returning calls.  I did get an email today calling me a liar!  This is a shady operation...do not deal with them.
