Thomas carter seems to be everywhere trying to make deals with anyone that will listen to him with empty promises.  i don't know how he has kept this going, but every time i look at his website he is announcing some new deal with someone else.  what i have been told is that there are a group of people that have been burned by him and have swore to never work with him again. i see announcements on his site about "dpos" (whatever that is) but there are no new updates so i can only suggest that interested clients call these people first to see what thomas has done for them.

i bet if you do, you will find that he is not doing what he says he is doing. stay away from this guy.
