Capital First ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing abused & mistreated Miami Florida

I received a call from a representative of CapitalFirst enticing me to participate in their program, stating that it would help rebuild my credit. They said I had 10 days to decide if I wanted to participate and obtain the credit card or not. Before the 10 days were over, my checking account had already been deducted for $29.95. When I called to obtain a refund, the representative told me to wait because they couldn't process the refund until after 10 days because it wasn't showing in their system yet. So I waited, then two more deductions were made, one for $59.95 and one for $99.95. When I called to obtain a refund, the representative told me that my packet was already on it's way, and that I'd receive my card as soon as I sent in my application.

When I received my packet, I sent in my application, and waited for my card. A month later, still no card, so I called and was told that I should have already received it and that they'd send me another one. Before the month was over, I moved. When I tried to call the number I had to inform them of my move, it was no longer in service. And now, 9 months later, I still have no card. Then I come across this website by searching for CapitalFirst, and read about how I was scammed. It just makes me sick to my stomach, and I want justice!!!
