loan term of 72 months. I have paid 74 payments
instead of the 72 and I am now being told by CapitalOne that they want
an additional 4500 before they release my tittle. When I questioned them
and requested a detailed list of how the payments were applied interest
vs principal. They furnished a document that showed how they used
creative accounting to benefit themselves with interest. The
document showed where a lot of payments went to nothing but interest.
what is more disturbing is that I have made them 2 additional
payments. I have a fixed interest rate so how they applied the loan interest vs principal does not make any sense. I have paid 74 months vs 72.
This company has also gone to the point of using physical threats where
they have told my wife that if the repossession vehicle stops her they
can take her out of the vehicle and leave her on the side of the road
with my daughter.
I don't care about those extra 2 payments I made them all I care about is my tittle.
