I tried calling them & the phone was always busy. By the time I did reach someone the trial period had passed. On April 18,2003 I tried to call them to cancel my membership before the 12 month period was up. I tried for two days and the line was always busy, then I tried their website and it doesnot exist. Thats when I found out that this is a RIPOFF company. And i still did not get my credit card.
