We usually get phone calls, several per day, and hundreds of emails per week about debt consolidation and collection. The phone operators are extremely rude and will not take "No" for an answer. We will not pay without proof, and they will not send it!
The Capital Management Services letter has a footer on each page that lists a company named 21-Galaxy Portfolio Management, LLC-VA. The company they claim is the collector is named Galaxy Asset Purchasing--unknown to us, but quite similar to the name on the letter's footer.
Is this another good example of fraud?
