I was delighted to see this wonderful forum to voice our displeasure with this local businessman. I hate to waste any more time on this LOSER - Captain Rod, but it's great to warn others. He will rip you off and act like your are powerless to do anything. This gives us a chance to warn others - You have to be crazy to do business with this man.

Simply put - life is too short, summer is too short to wast time waiting for Rod and his "crew" to live up to their promises.

We are a family with many oligations and things to do but love to spend time on the weekend on our boat. Unfortunately we wasted too much time with this man.

I hate to stoop to his level, but Rod Schuh is an ignorant, lying slob that doesn't have an ounce of ethics or moral decency. LIAR LIAR LIAR

It's time to make this self-proclaimed "captain" to walk the plank.

I Like the idea of a class action suit against this idiot. His reputation is well known. He NEEDS to be put OUT of business.

Mary bought a new 6000lb lift from us. Two weeks after it was installed they had winded the lift up backwards and called to complain that the lift was not working right. We showed up the next day to fix their mistake free of charge and explained how to do it correctly. One week later they let the cable down so far it got caught in the chain & sprockets jamming up the lift, again their mistake. We were out the next day fixing it again FREE OF CHARGE because they said it was not their fault. Mary son called again and now complained that the motor was to slow. We then went there again the next day to find out they had a little 200ft extension cord which did not have enough power and was dropping power by the time it got to the motor. Mary's son said he was an Electrical Engineer and he knew that's not true about the power drop. We explained that they need more power. Two weeks later Mary's son called and said he took the electric motor and circuit board apart and sent it back to the manufacture to have it checked out. They told him all things check out fine. He supposedly reinstalled it correctly but it still didn't work and now it was our problem. We told him it is no longer covered under warranty after he went internally in the Electric components. We would fix it but there would be a charge.

That is why we must be the bad guys here. Her intelligent shows by the type of language she uses. We can only work for free so much when the problem is not cause by use or our equipment.
