Car Rental 8 covering 125 countries are a car rental brokerage firm, We booked a car for a trip coming up 2 months in advance, they assured us they had the car we wanted, we paid a $75 booking fee, and they wanted the car rental balance up front which we gave them, it was $291.35. after confirming our booking, two days later they called to inform us they could not supply the car we wanted. They returned the $75 immediately, but we have been informed it will take up to two weeks to get the rest returned, so they still have our Money. We have called countless times, and all they can say is that this is the procedure for returns. Do not use this company, they will take your money and then not provide you with the car you ordered.
