We went to car hop and sat from 330 pm til 730 pm and was told we were finally approved, we were gonna get a vehicle but the ones we liked either didnt have a title or wouldnt start. We went back the next morning at 10 am and was told by the manager that we werent approved yet and again waited til 130 pm with our toddler before we were told we are approved. We tested 3 vehicles and the manager told us we were being "picky". We took the 3rd one we tested as we were driving home the oil light came on, we pulled over and put 2 quarts of oil in. The next day the light came on again so we took it to a mechanic who told us the engine was so old with so many miles it wouldnt last much longer. We decided to bring it back to exchange it. We went back to car hop and the manager told us to leave the keys and go cus theres nothing for us. Stranded now while 31 wks pregnant and a 2 yr old car seat ect from the car we got ride back home from a family member (we live 20 miles away). When we got back the district manager called us and apologized up and down told us he wanted to make things right and how wrong it was what the guys at car hop did. He told us they have cars in omaha location that we would like and he wanted us to come by. We talked the family member into taking us up there (over 30 miles away) we got there and we found a car we loved, they told us wed have to drive it back to the council bluffs location and that theyd already talked to them so wed just have to sign some papers and go. We get to the council bluffs location and the sales guy was so rude and told us the manager isnt in so he cant help us and told us to leave and come back tommorow we informed him we live 20 miles away he said " i dont know what to tell you". Now in tears i said "thanks for leaving us stranded again in one day" he replied cocky as ever "you're welcome". Now no way home we walked 5 miles with our son and all of our stuff before i felt as though i was going to pass out. We sat on a corner and waited for a ride.
