POSTED: Thursday, February 21, 2013Most of the things you complain about (i.e. tires, brakes, lights, etc...) are things you should have checked out before you bought it. These are normal maintenance items that the owner of a used car is responsible for.
Here's where it gets really funny :
" now my transmission needs to be replaced "
You've been driving this used car for two years. Do you realize how absurd it sounds when you claim that this seller should have somehow known what would happen to a used car TWO YEARS after the sale? If that is truly your expectation, you should buy only new cars with factory warranties.

POSTED: Thursday, February 21, 2013Question #1. Why did You not check the car out before YOU bought it? If you had checked out the car before YOU bought it, then YOU may have been able to buying their lemon.
Question #2 What was the year on the car? Remeber cars are machines, and machines wear out.
