CarID Wood dash experts stole my money and claimed they lost my item and now wont refund my money Cranbury, New Jersey

In Feb I orderd a $500.00 dash kit for my BMW I was told 10 days to recieve it because I made it specific I was going to a large show and needed the item they assured me no problem.  3 months later I still do not have it.  I have 6 different employees whom I have spoke to who all lied to me.  I have kept every email and communication from them.  I have demanded a refund but the claim fed-ex lost it only after they claimed I signed for it when I was out of state during my trip but they have no proof. 

I have pleaded with them to satisfy this custome but they wont so now I have placed them for collections.  These jerks told me to file a stolen merchandise report with my local sheriff who told me it cant be done unless I had possesion of it first.  My local sheriff told me to file criminal charges of mail fraud and theft.  BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS IT IS COD.  You can see they have changed their name several times probable because they have screwed so many people.  We will see if the owner wants to go to jail or refund me my $699.66
