Be very careful, our group was approached and presented to in early 2011 but after pursuing references (which did not appear to be a paying client a 3rd party associated with the group) and calling other companies in the market, we learned that the majority of what we were told about the carbon market was either way over exaggerated or a complete falsehood, example: We were told on several occasions that "Delta" was buying credits at 15-20.00 per credit and they wanted a large number on a 10, 15 or 20 year contract (different number each conversation or email) We called Delta's emission group to verify and they had no idea what we were talking about or who Carbon International was. This raised caused a bit of concern, also the more we asked questions, the more Mr. Loewen seemed to try to dance around the answers. The specific question danced around the most was to speak with someone who had received a check from a carbon offset. He never would provide one.
I was recently told by a business contact that they were also approached and they were interested in the what Carbon International had to offer and what they could cash flow from their lands. I warned them of what we discovered. Be warned, research and verify each and everything thing that Mark will present. We decided to avoid this company as they have no credibility in my book and could be a scam
