SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Card Payment Options gave us a D as a review and said that we have highly misleading pricing and practice borderline false advertising. What they DONT tell you is that they are an affiliate of Merchant Warehouse and all of the links at the bottom of their pages are affiliate links. When they do give a good review, it is because they get PAID for the leads! They whitewash our moderate amount of complaints which means that our customers are actually more satisfied than with most providers.  When people look us up online, they see his FALSE review!

Phillip Parker works for Merchant Warehouse and uses search engine tricks to make people think they are going to other companys websites. He buys ads for so-called reviews which send people to Merchant Warehouse by the back door. If you look at the links to MW they are affiliate links, which means he gets PAID everytime he MISLEADS people about a companys products and services. If you look closely, you can even tell that most of the comments on reviews look the same! There are LAWS against getting paid to write reviews, and I hope someone takes action!

Scam

AUTHOR: jimmy p - ()

Phillip Parker is a nothing but former agent who know's absolutely nothing about the current state of credit card processing options that are out there. His " theory" of Interchange Plus pricing is current for particular types of businesses but by know means is it the right structure for all businesses. He has no right to defame the majority of the credit card processors he reviews unless he has actually worked for that company. Most companies out there that accept cc's don't abide by the branded card companies rules and regulations so they end up in the risk department. He also charges $5/ a minute if you want to hear his B.S.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

E-payment Extortion

AUTHOR: Trevor - ()

Misleading and cheating with its clients is the primary purpose of card payment options. The owner of this company takes up the false and illegal ways to post negative reviews of different merchant providers about billing, contractual fees, termination prices and online payments. The company brainwashes the customers minds by telling untheical talks on the complain boards of various merchant provicers who are trully satisfied with their service. So , it time to bring the dark matters to light for the benefits of the customer or clients.

The Facts Regarding the Complaint Above

AUTHOR: Phillip_Parker - (United States of America)

Based on the information provided in the complaint, the review above appears to be filed by a representative of Charge.com, of which you can find the review in question here:
http://www.cardpaymentoptions.com/credit-card-processors/charge-com-review/

Additionally, you can find ripoffreport.com reviews here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/charge_com.aspx

Many false accusations have been stated in this complaint. I am neither employed by Merchant Warehouse, or any other processor for that matter, nor is CardPaymentOptions.com a proxy for Merchant Warehouse or any other processor. I do not accept payments or bribes of any kind in exchange for positive reviews.  In fact, out of the 150+ companies I have reviewed 29 have an A- to A+ rating, and 87 have an average or above rating. You can find our rating criteria here: http://www.cardpaymentoptions.com/credit-card-processor-rating-criteria/

In order to support the expenses of running CardPaymentOptions.com, we accept advertising from providers that have previously scored a B- rating or better in a review.  This not only helps to support the website, but also helps merchants find high quality providers.  You can learn more about our advertising policies here: http://www.cardpaymentoptions.com/advertise/

The complaint above is not only based on misinformation, but appears to be an attempt by a poorly rated provider to attack the legitimacy of CardPaymentOptions.com.  Our reviews simply summarize preexisting information about companies such as Better Business Bureau ratings, online complaint volume, complaint content, and provider policies regarding sales tactics, marketing strategy, customer support and account cancellation.  We strive to be the best unbiased resource for merchants to get helpful information about the credit card processing industry.

If you have additional questions or concerns regarding CardPaymentOptions.com, I welcome your emails at info@cardpaymentoptions.com
