I received a letter from this "company," stating "Thank you for applying for the Barclaycard Financing Visa issued by Barclays Bank Delaware. In order to finish processing your application we need to verify information listed on your application. Please call us toll free at 1-866-469-5977."

However, I never applied for a card, never heard of this company. I looked them up online and thanks to a previous consumer report on your site, confirmed my suspicion that this is a fishing scam.
