Care Credit GE Money DECEPTIVE/ILLEGAL LOAN SCAM ON ELDERLY orlando, Florida

My elderly mother was ripped off by Care Credit and a dentist office where she paid for the services rendered for her son, and the cashier that she paid, had her sign what she thought was a reciept for services rendered, which came from a register tape and from the register at the desk.  That turned out to be some kind of a submittal that the office turned over to Care Credit for payment of these same services that my mother already paid for.

The Dentist office submitted reimbursement request in my mothers name to the Care Credit Agency who paid the Dentist Office money and then CARE CREDIT billed my mother for an exhorbant amount of charges.
 
She has reported and complained all to Care Credit to no avail, disputed all to the dentist office that now denies full payment of the services, and for the first time in 73 years has a credit blemish on her credit report in the tune of $3000.

They have essentially tried to extort her for money, with the threat of the bad credit report. If anyone has any advice or suggestions on how my mother can do something about this SCAM, please advise.
