CareCredit - GE Care Credit - GE Money Bank HUGE Finance charge/late fees, UNMARKED BILLING ENVELOPES SO YOU CAN'T EVEN FIND THE BILL, ripoff Orlando Florida

GE Care Credit is the worst!! This is the bill that keeps coming back, bigger and bigger, even though I am not using the card! The bill arrives in a small, white, and completely unmarked envelope--no logo, no company name--so in a busy household it is hard to pick that out of the usual daily dose of junk mail.

You know, every other credit card bill has some form of ID on the envelope--think about it: Sears, Discover, Chase, etc--you know who sent it to you, you know what you have to do.

These guys have damaged my credit report for a very measly $22.00. If I could have found the bill, or even located the company on-line, I would have been happy to pay it! And really--a $29.00 late fee for a $22.00 amount due? Is that even legal, never mind right?

So run, do not walk, if a doctor's office or diet program or whatever suggests this "easy" way to pay. Interest rate = 26.99% now. I am paying twice the cost of services provided, and boy do I regret it. Paying it off and closing it up later this week.
