PS: I filed with my A.G and within 2 weeks, GEMB had reversed all the fees, never admitting fault or error. No matter: I paid the account in full that day. Done and never again to do business with GE Money Bank.

Search TipsI had a run in with another arm of GE which was for Extended Warrenty and repair. I filed a complaint with the Local AG and the AG in the state they were opporating in. I used the Ripoff report as an example of the types of complaints for the AG. When I did this my issue was quickley resolved. The AG can close them down or charge them with fraud which has a similar solution of what happened to Madoff. Perhaps if more took a similar root we can close these scoundrels down.
