File a complaint with Careerbuilder about the bogus job ads.  goto the running ad, scroll to the bottom of ad, click "report it", or call them and report this behavior.  Also, many states have laws against deceptive practices like this, and the statute provides for attorneys fees and big damages.  Find a lawyer and sue.  Odds are they are not property registered to do business in the state.  Should be easy pickings at court.
