Misuse of the BBB trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.

On July 2, 2003: Upon being contacted by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, the company removed the BBB logo from its Web site. Upon further research found that their company isn't interested in hiring people, just their money. Consumers allege that they had responded to jobs posted on CraigsList.org, fees were then requested for a resume service rather than the advertised employment opportunity.
