I called Carhop and they assured me they would make it right and spoke with Ron. My salesperson was Brad, who was "with another customer." Ron told me to call their service department again, and he would have notes in the system.
Cory from the Service department finally called me back after waiting 30 minutes. He said it was my responsibility to have repairs made. I would never buy from them again, and since I have credit problems anyway, I will see a lawyer regarding this if Carhop does not repair the car at no cost to me. We all know that there will be a lawyer who will sue them. And the publicity will be bad for Carhop. They promised that it was a great car in wonderful condition and I would be able to get back and forth to work, and go places. HA. On the back of a tow truck maybe!
