when I brought it to the reps attention she put me on hold got her manager I tried to explain to him about what I found he got very upset and defensive and said I didn't want to do business, he called me rude but I just wanted him to explain before giving my credit card info because I didn't want the same thing to happen to me. Times are hard so I just want people to be aware because if it wasn't for the other person speaking out I would have given my credit card info as well.
