Caribbean Cruise Line CaribbeanCLCom I been ripped off along with a number of others I see. I've called them twice so far and no luck getting a refund. Can anyone help? Internet
*Consumer Comment: Good luck
I was contacted by Caribbean Cruise Line stating I won a trip. After paying $218.00 the next day I called back to get a refund and I was told I can't get a refund. "The money was no longer in house since it was a government fee that I was charged (Tax)" The Supervisor I spoke to, Phil said he would refund $99.00 of the charge (still haven't seen it). I called back a second time and was told the same thing.
I don't know what to do at this point. Can anyone help? Please, everyone stay away from this organization it's a giant scam.
If anyone can help I would be very thankful. Does anyone have an addres so I can try to send a letter at least.
Thanks and beware.

This companies IP address is registered somewhere in the Asian Pacific. Probably scam artists from China or Korea.
You may try going to www.arin.net and then putting in the IP address in the WHOIS area.
Do the following:
1. From your command prompt type in "ping www.caribbeancl.com" (dont put in the quotes)
2. Put the IP address in the whois search.
3. It will take you to the APIC site since the IP address is registered to the APIC IP Registration office in Brisbane Australia.
I think if you check out that site you can send an email to the administrator letting them know that someone from that IP address is scamming people. I wouldn't plan on too much being done about it other than the site getting shut down until the scammers get another IP from someone else and start over.
