Well we recieved a gimmick letter in the mail. But we went along with it. Beacuse we did want to go on a cruise. We called and made the reservation to make a reservation for a cruise, it cost $500.00 for 2 of us and to be at a sales speech for a time share. Any way wasn't long after . My significant other, had a Breathing attack which he wound up in the Hospital. I call the Caribbean cruise line right away. , and told them we would be unable to go on the cruise. Beacuse of health problems. The person I talked too. At that time was a lady, she said, well you have 18 months, to cancel the cruise. She said he may be better , and if he couldn't go later, there would be no problem canceling and getting our reimbursement credited back to our credit card. Well My friend has steadily gotten worse, he is weak, has had a few strokes, has vertigo, and blood clots. So finally I called again about 2weeks ago. And was told. So sad but no reimbursement. I argued with them for a while, and then they told me they needed a letter from the Dr. So of course he went back to see the Dr. And the Dr. Said Norway, he could not handle a trip like that. . Anyway, the Caribbean cruise line gave me a number for the Dr. To fax to them saying why he was unable to go, but the number they gave me to give to my friends Dr. Dr. Did not work. , So I called the Caribbean cruise line today, and the guy I talked to today, said no letter of any kind is going to help. I told him if we went on that cruise and anything happened to my friend the cruise line would get a suit on their hands , they said ok, so now I am saying they are some real rip off. When they cannot excluded health problems, I want a them to credit my card back that was used to buy Cathie. And another thing I will never ever step my feet in The state of Florida. For anything. Amen. I am really pissed.
