Buyer beware! (Option skip personal story and review facts below). I was lied to about my travel plans, like so many others. I fell for the scam, they got me at a weak moment after months of annoying hang-up calls. 50 days before my trip is to take place in April 2013 I confirmed the following: I was never put in the hotel upgrade they promised (+$); I called the "free" car rental agency directly and told me I would be responsible for $300 in rental fees and insurance (minus $24.99 a day for insurance); On-line reviews about the time-sharing presentation suggests double or even triple the presentation time as promised; the cruise line is officially classified as a "cruise ferry"; make sure you research and "YouTube" as much as possible about this "package".

At first I was unsuspecting but after that small window of opportunity closes to get a refund it's too late- they repeatedly cite their non-refundable policies (too bad-so sad attitude) and at the same time they continue to manufacture shortfalls ("glitches") in the system to benefit them and hurt the consumer. I booked this trip and I'm not even going to attempt to go! It was a mistake and time is more valuable than money. FYI - I immediately booked a cruise on a legit cruise line- with no vouchers,"free car" rental and other offers and it's cheaper than this timeshare offer.

FACTS: I did some fact checking for everyone: Caribbean Cruise Line is not BBB Accredited. BBB Accredited Businesses must pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public. 1308 complaints filed against business/Failure to respond to 4 complaints filed against business/Advertising issue(s) found by BBB/Business has failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints/If you choose to do business with this company BBB strongly encourages consumers to read and understand all the terms, conditions, and fees involved in the agreement. All terms of the agreement should be in writing with no verbal representations.

Wake up people, this has to stop!! The company has 30 days to respond to my complaint. I'm demanding a refund. If I'm not satisfied with this outcome I will initiate a website campaign like no other.
