ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PRODUCT AND SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I SURE HOPE NO ONE ELSE GETS SUCKED INTO THEIR LIES AND WORTHLESS PRODUCTS. THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. The seat covers didn't fit, they refused to return the product. They refused to return my calls, they were extremely rude in their phone calls and emails. I am out over $500, and I want to help anyone else who may be considering purchasing from this company: DON'T DO IT! I would give them less than 1 star ratings if possible...

Great customer service

Sorry to hear that you had problems, and I hope in the end you get them resolved....

I wanted to pass along that the customer service that I received from CarID was more then excellent.    I had an issue with product pricing on the web site.  Within an hour of emailing CarID with my concern, a Product Specialist from CarID called me and we resolved the issue immediately over the phone.

The rep was very curteous and has answered subsequent emails pretty much right away. If I do experience any negitive issues... i will be sure to come back and update this.   I look forward to further dealings with them...

We are really sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We always try to help our customers but we could not take this product back for refund. You received the product in the beginning of January and were informed that we do offer 30 days return period for any fitment/defect issues. We had been contacted within 3 months from the delivery date because of fitment of the product. We checked with the manufacturer but they denied return since it's been requested too late.
Unfortunately in this case we are not able to accept the item back but we were trying to help you out with that.
